All dogs require a temperament assessment before accepting any dog into daycare or boarding. This ensures a safe and social environment for everyone, especially your dog.
Typically, an assessment will last for an hour.
Dogs that have not stayed for more than 6 months will require a reassessment.
Daycare:
Check-in is between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM.
Check-out is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Please note that a late pick-up fee will apply:
Boarding:
Check-in for boarding is between 2pm to 7pm.
Pick-up is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the final day of boarding.
A late check out fee will be applied for boarding check outs after 12pm.

To reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance of your original drop-off date. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule and accommodate other dogs.
Last-minute changes (less than 72 hours) may result in a forfeited deposit or additional fees.
We’ll always do our best to assist so just reach out and we’ll help make the necessary changes where possible.
Should your dog become unwell or injured during their stay at Inuhomes, we’ll notify you immediately. If veterinary care is required, we’ll promptly transport them to the nearest clinic. Please note that all transport and veterinary consultation fees will be the owner’s responsibility. Full details are available in our terms and conditions.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited as we’ve already set aside the space for your dog.

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure all boarding bookings. This ensures your dog’s spot is reserved and helps us manage capacity responsibly.

Yes, during high-demand periods (Christmas, CNY) a peak season surcharge will be applied.
We may also require 100% upfront payment for peak season bookings.
